Conefrey’s Pharmacy will be holding a Diabetes Ireland Awareness and Screening day in store on July 21st from 10am until 2pm. Join Sinead from Diabetes Ireland on the day where she will be checking blood glucose levels and answering your diabetes related questions.

Diabetes Ireland is a national charity which has been dedicated to helping those living with diabetes since 1967. By raising awareness, funds, providing support and education to the public Diabetes Ireland can provide much needed help to sufferers and their families each year.

Over recent years, diabetes has unfortunately become a major health issue in Ireland. For this reason it is important that you get checked if you feel that you are at risk of having diabetes or if there is a history of diabetes in your family.
